An enchanting little creek. I loved the trees growing on one side of it as you shall see in the next couple of photos.
The verendah of our Easter holiday home !
Another photo for Buttercup Road. I have quite a few from the next few days as well coming up. It's just so magical at certain times of the day.
The clouds were fluffy that afternoon
Verendah for the cottage stretches all the way around ... this is from the back and there are exits four exits to this lovely decking including from both bedrooms.
The lovely tree out the front of reception at Buttercup Cottage.
Looking outtowards Buttercup road from the property.
It was mid afternoon and we weren't planning on doing much for the rest of the day except relax and enjoy our surroundings. I took a walk by myself along buttercup road and it was glorious.
I tried to make friends with the cows and there were quite a few of them. I love cows, they have a natural trusting curiosity about them and they like to stare at you. Makes me feel wanted you know :D
Quite surreal :)
Autumn leaves ... my favourite season!
Reflection of the sunset
Such low clouds!
Good morning! Tranquility surrounds - there's the cottage to the right.
Taken from the cottage's verendah at sunset. We all had a nice time watching the day rest from the deck.
A pretty nice view - this would be covered in snow in a few months
We had breakfast at Mansfield's easter market which was big and colourful. I had wagyu beef sausage and it was delicious. Also bought lots of bits and pieces that we perhaps did not need.
Got my runners soaking wet as I was treading through the grass playing fetch with Molly the dog. I felt like I was the one doing a lot of the fetching :)
Everyone's enjoying the sunshine and adding to the colours.
Mt Buller - At this point you can take a trail divert and head up to the peak of Little Mt Buller.
Mount Buller! This is the view from where we were parked before setting out on the Summit Nature walk. It was c-c-cold
The clouds lifted for a little bit!
